ASEAN Journal of Empowering Community (AJEC) is an open access journal that allows all readers to access articles for free without subscription fees. To cover operational costs, such as peer review, editing, archiving, and hosting, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication.
Publication Fees
- Rp 500,000 per article for all paper categories.
- Fees are only charged after the manuscript is declared accepted by the Editorial Board.
- There are no additional fees for submission, review, or rejection of manuscripts.
Fee Waiver
We offer partial/full fee waivers for authors from low-income countries or in financial hardship. Please submit your request via email to ajec@upstegal.ac.id with a brief explanation and supporting documentation.

Payment can be made via:
